Primary aim of the formation of NTOILS is to bring the teachers in Life Sciences on this online platform for collaborative research work. This organization will also help to generate online database with respect to e-content development in Life Sciences. Inter-disciplinary research work will be undertaken in future in consultation with the members of NTOILS. The founder members are working for collaboration with research institutes at national and international level. This will open new avenues in inter-disciplinary research for the members of NTOILS. 1. To organize national level student centric activities in Life Sciences to improve teaching-learning practices
2. To provide Support in use of ICT in teaching to the Teachers in Life Sciences

4. To provide collaborative support for research projects and funding opportunities 
5. To provide Research Opportunities to Each Individual Teacher in Life Sciences
6. To assist in Writings and Publication of Research Papers in National and International Journals
7. To make the fastest communication among the Teachers in Life Sciences
8. To provide national and international dais for sharing the knowledge and skills in teaching-learning and research
9. To organize annual international conference for active participation in exchange of knowledge and skills
