Globalization of Education and Economy has led the education institution to reorient and reshape its policies and programs to make the current higher education system more relevant and career-oriented with focus on quality and excellence. Mere graduation or post-graduation in the subject is not sufficient to grab the opportunity in career in today’s modern scenario at national and international level. This produces the need of some additional knowledge and skills to the graduate and post-graduate students to make their career in the subject. Keeping this in mind we are introducing certificate courses which will be skill based and industry oriented so that it will help the students of Life Sciences to enhance their skills and knowledge and make them fit in every situation of job opportunities.
The Certificate Courses will be given in online and offline mode, depending upon the course contents and collaborative institutes. These Courses will be given in collaboration with the education and research institutes working in the field of higher education in Life Sciences.
Every Certificate Course will be of 20 credits. Each credit will have 15 hours of workload out of which 8 credits should necessarily be assigned to field work/ project work/ training, etc. the proof of this should be submitted during examination e.g. work experience certificate / dissertation / report, etc. duly signed and issued by the concerned institutional authority / coordinator/ faculty. Whole teaching for this certificate courses will be in online mode and only necessary work like, laboratory work, project and or field work will be offline and will be monitored by concerned authority. The issuing authority of the certificate will be BOTANY 4U and concerned collaborated institute.
After collaboration with various education and research institutes in India and abroad, the list of certificate courses will be available on the website along with the course contents, duration, fees, etc.
